For an internationally active company in Hamburg-Hausbruch, we are looking for active support as an operational team leader (m/f/d) in plant supply, warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or warehouse clerk (m/f/d) in full-time in a 2-shift system (early and late shift).

Your tasks:

• Technical management of the employees in the assigned team
• Scheduling and monitoring the deployment of personnel
• Management of the team
• Implementation and monitoring of compliance with operating instructions
• Creation of key figures and compliance with the resulting targets
• Documentation and forwarding of errors and faults

Your profile:

• First experience in the professional management of employees and in the logistics industry
• eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als
  Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder Vergleichbares
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Reliability and resilience
• 2-shift readiness (06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00)
