Your tasks:

• Independent and autonomous set-up of CNC processing machines
• Operation of CNC lathes and/or milling and/or grinding machines
• Change and adjust tools and devices as required
• Carrying out the worker self-check
• Correction of detected dimensional deviations, documentation of measured values
• Input and maintenance of operating data (BDE) on the assigned machines
• Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace used

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in a technical metal profession
• Experience with cutting machines (CNC turning, milling and CNC grinding)
• Experience with CNC controls (Siemens 840D, Heidenhain 4290, Mazatrol Matrix 2)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Good technical understanding and high quality awareness
• Self-motivation, ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
