On behalf of a well-known customer from Fulda, we are looking for exactly you as a setter (m/f/d) in the field of grinding.

Your tasks:
- Independent set-up and adjustment of grinding machines (conventional / CNC) on the basis of set-up plans or production documents
- Monitoring and optimization of production processes
- Determination of process parameters, execution of test series
- Quality control according to technological production documents (technical drawings)
- Maintenance and servicing of processing machines, troubleshooting
- Planning, preparation and organization of work processes in cooperation with our setup preparation department
- Carrying out tests on the product, e.g. intermediate tests / worker self-inspection, taking into account technical drawings
Your profile:
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metal technology specialist (m/f/d) or comparable
- First professional experience in the field of grinding desirable
- Willingness to work in shifts (3 shifts)
- Strong sense of quality and responsibility
- High level of technical understanding
- Careful, structured and independent way of working
Ability to work in a team - Good written and spoken German
