Your tasks:
- Carrying out incoming goods inspections, inspections during production and acceptance inspections according to plan
- Carrying out dimensional checks according to plan using optical and 3D coordinate measuring technology
- Density, strength and burst tests
- Working with PPS/CAQ system#
- Documentation of quality records as part of order processing
- Carrying out SPC measurements
- Monitoring of programs and results on Werth and Zeiss measuring machines
- Carrying out measurements as part of sampling/initial sampling
Your profile:
- Completed technical vocational training in plastics processing or comparable
- IHK qualification as a quality specialist desirable
- Aukom training an advantage
- Sound knowledge of 3D coordinate measuring technology and optical measuring systems, preferably in the automotive industry
- Confident handling of common Office applications
- Organizational and analytical skills and good technical understanding
- careful, precise and independent way of working
- Reliability and a high sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
