Your tasks:

• Maintenance of supplier master data and verification of supplier invoices
• Participation in the provision of packaging material in line with requirements
• Management of the pool vehicles
• Responsibility for answering telephone calls centrally
• Responsibility for the processing and distribution of incoming mail and internal mail as well as parcel acceptance and parcel dispatch (incl. internal distribution in consultation with the departments)

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the office sector or experience in this field
• Independent way of working
