Your tasks:
- Ensuring delivery to customers while taking costs, deadlines and quality into account
- Planning and controlling personnel deployment as well as managing and organizing production in line with targets
- Disciplinary, technical and organizational management of employees
- Taking over the budget planning and cost management of subordinate cost centers
- Organizing, optimizing and implementing work processes in terms of efficiency and productivity
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering / production technology or similar
- Professional experience as a production manager or production manager and in managing employees
- Very good technical understanding and experience in processing steel and aluminum
- Enjoy optimizing processes
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, motivation and enthusiasm
- Pragmatic, structured and results-oriented way of working and very good analytical skills
