Pedagogical specialist (m/f/d)

Job description

On behalf of a well-known client from the Heidelberg region, we are looking for you as a Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d).

This is what you can expect from us:

Your area of responsibility:

• You will look after, educate and support a group of children aged 2 months to 3 years in the crèche area.
• You plan group-related activities - from arts and crafts to singing and sports activities. In doing so, you give the children room to maneuver and take the children's motivation into account when choosing leisure activities.
• You design and document the educational processes and ensure that the personality of each child is promoted individually.
• You are on hand to help and advise parents. Reflection discussions and door-to-door talks are a piece of cake for you.
• You are an innovator. This means you are open to new ideas and continuously develop our support concept.

What you bring with you:

• You are a specialist according to § 7 KiTaG.
• Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience as a pedagogical specialist / educator.
• You are a proponent of the situational approach. You support the children in shaping their living environment in a self-determined and community-oriented way.
• You have a lot of love for your profession. You always have an open ear for concerns from small to large and deal with them sensitively and patiently.
• You master your tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility and reliability.
