Your tasks:

• Handling organizational tasks and supporting the project management
• Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben wie z.B. Terminabstimmung mit Kunden, Mängelberichte sichten, Erstellung von Angeboten
• Bearbeitung des Auftragswesens sowie Backoffice
• Support in the procurement process for various materials

Your profile:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (Excel, Word)
  Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and commitment
