Your tasks:

• Processing incoming orders from Germany and abroad with the merchandise management system
• Customer contact and advice in the ordering process (by telephone, in writing)
• Creating and processing shipping documents and other documents required for customs clearance
• Monitoring the delivery processes
• Checking freight and customs invoices
• Sales support

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a wholesale and
  foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding merchant (m/f/d)
• Experienced with common software applications (MS Office and ERP)
• Enjoy contact and support for our customers
• Interest in technical issues
• Working independently in a team is one of your strengths
• Fluent in written and spoken English
