Your tasks:
- Independent order acceptance, checking and processing in coordination with the relevant interfaces
- Order processing in the EDP system
- Customer service and correspondence in German
- Representative for the department management incl. cross-departmental activities, coordination and projects in shipping and the warehouse
- Documentation and management of orders, permits and certificates
- Active communication with customers and internal interfaces (reporting)
- Creation and maintenance of customer and article master data and conditions
- Internal document creation (e.g. for the warehouse)
- Complaints management and invoice control
- General administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in order processing, customer service, processing or internal sales
- Initial experience in employee management is desirable
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High level of diligence, reliability and communication skills
- Independent, systematic and solution-oriented way of working
- High team orientation and initiative
- Strategic thinking and social skills
- Good PC and MS Office skills
