Your tasks:

  • Independent order acceptance, checking and processing in coordination with the relevant interfaces
  • Order processing in the EDP system
  • Customer service and correspondence in German
  • Representative for the department management incl. cross-departmental activities, coordination and projects in shipping and the warehouse
  • Documentation and management of orders, permits and certificates
  • Active communication with customers and internal interfaces (reporting)
  • Creation and maintenance of customer and article master data and conditions
  • Internal document creation (e.g. for the warehouse)
  • Complaints management and invoice control
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in order processing, customer service, processing or internal sales
  • Initial experience in employee management is desirable
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • High level of diligence, reliability and communication skills
  • Independent, systematic and solution-oriented way of working
  • High team orientation and initiative
  • Strategic thinking and social skills
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
