Your tasks:
- You carry out price inquiries and process order confirmations
- You take care of the timely procurement of packaging materials, taking into account stock levels and replenishment times
- You monitor the delivery dates of the goods you have ordered and create reminders if delivery dates are exceeded or order confirmations are missing
- You make the selection of suppliers and products and carry out supplier evaluations
- You analyze the procurement market and negotiate conditions with suppliers
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk, and ideally already have several years of experience in purchasing
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and are not afraid to communicate in English
- You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
- You call yourself a team player and have a high level of commitment
