Your tasks:

  • Manage and resolve Jira tickets (Supply Clarification Invoices)
  • Adjust and update article information within the SAP system.
  • Contact suppliers to resolve discrepancies or request information when missing master data.
  • Upload any missing or required information into the SAP system promptly and accurately.
  • Provide timely feedback to Category Operations Managers regarding the status of invoices clarification tickets and other administrative tasks.

Your profile:

  • Experience with Administrative Tools: Ideally experienced with Jira, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with team members and external suppliers.
  • Organizational Abilities: Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and prioritizing tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Able to identify issues, analyze information, and provide effective solutions promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working both independently and as part of a team, with a track record of contributing to team success.
  • fluent english and good german skills
