Your tasks:
- You process all administrative processes in the area of incoming and outgoing goods in our IT system and create all relevant transport documents
- You will be in close contact with the scheduling department and our client and ensure a smooth delivery and collection process at our warehouse
- You check existing data and take on other general administrative tasks, such as processing complaints and clarification cases or preparing billing bases
- You are a team player and are in close contact with the drivers, loading staff and dispatchers and coordinate with the shift supervisors
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training for forwarding and logistics services or other commercial vocational training
- Experience in the use of MS Office applications and common transport-specific IT applications
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- German language spoken and written C1)
- Own car required to reach the place of work
