Your tasks:
- Telephone and written customer service (inbound)
- Processing master data, invoices, complaints and claims
- Product and tariff advice
- Participation in the active processing of customers
- Independent processing of processes in the areas of billing, market communication, device and energy data management
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, alternatively experience in the commercial sector
- Willingness to work alternating shifts from 07-20.00 hours
- German language spoken and written (B2)
