Your tasks:
Planned maintenance:
- Preparation and implementation of planned maintenance activities
- Accompanying and supporting external companies and test centers during maintenance work and recurring tests
- Initiation of unscheduled maintenance measures in the event of condition deviations
Operational support:
- Monitoring the system status and intervening in the event of deviations
- Optimization of the control processes
- Carrying out measurements & calibration of measuring equipment
- Planning and carrying out repairs in the specialist area
- Backup of PLC programs in the event of changes
- Documentation of physical changes in the E-plan
- Carrying out root cause analyses in the event of unplanned system shutdowns
Projects:
Collaboration in the preparation of plant documentation and risk and hazard assessments
- Collaboration in the development of maintenance strategies for new systems
- Development of smaller PLC routines
- Idea generator for energy-saving initiatives
Facilities:
- Carrying out minor installation work
- Support for the IT department
Your profile:
- Training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering or mechatronics technician and relevant professional experience
- Safe, resource-conserving, responsible and reliable way of working

Curiosity and willingness to learn - Good communication and teamwork skills
- Internal service orientation and proactive participation in target achievement
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ideally basic knowledge of E-Plan (making changes) and knowledge of operating SAP modules - Willingness and motivation to learn manufacturer-specific software for condition monitoring of systems
- Willingness to work in fully continuous shift operation (forward rolling week)
