Your tasks:
- Implementation, monitoring and control of all internal controls including hygiene and safety checks
- Specification management as well as supplier management and related activities (e.g. nutritional value determinations, data maintenance, inquiries to suppliers)
- Processing of test plans (e.g. laboratory tests) and their evaluation
- Regular internal assessment of product quality (tastings)
- Enforcement and improvement of existing QA systems
- Updating and further development of QA documents
- Participation in training courses, internal audits and in the development of new products with regard to packaging, labeling - declaration testing
- Ensuring the implementation of the requirements of the HACCP concept and the QMH in the company
Your profile:
- Training as an ecotrophologist (m/f/d), food technician (m/f/d), food technologist (m/f/d) or other sound training in the food sector
- Ideally professional experience in quality assurance/management
- Experience with certification standards (IFS) and sustainability standards (RSPO/RA) desirable
- German language spoken and written (C2)
- Own car to reach the place of work is mandatory
