Your tasks:
- You support the care teams on site in regularly changing facilities
- You will be responsible for the independent care of senior citizens (m/f/d) in various retirement homes in the surrounding area
- You are actively involved in quality development and assurance
- Planning, coordination, monitoring and digital documentation of the care process are in your hands
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d) or comparable
- You have knowledge of the electronic management of care documentation and planning
- Career starters and those returning to work are very welcome
- Your working style is focused and meticulous, while at the same time you are empathetic and responsible in your dealings with patients
- Your willingness to care for patients in shifts as well as at weekends and on public holidays characterizes you
- You are open to working with changing teams
- Your flexibility allows you to determine your flexi allowance yourself
- You have a class B driving license
