Your tasks:

• Helping to put together the menu, daily and seasonal menus and banquet buffets
• Goods receiving - checking delivery quantities, quality, HACCP guidelines, etc.
• Processing, preparation and attractive garnishing of food for finger food, buffets and menus
• Independent management of the kitchen post
• Proper storage of perishable goods in the various cold rooms
• Prepare order for your own item

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or comparable
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German
• At least 1 year of professional experience
  Reliable and team-oriented way of working
• own car, to reach the place of work
