On behalf of a well-known client from the Offenburg region, we are looking for exactly you as a Personnel Officer / Recruiter (m/f/d) for direct placement.

Your tasks:

• Advice and support for managers and specialists on all HR-related topics
• Conducting interviews independently without a specialist department
• Support during the recruitment process (permanent and temporary employment)
• Supporting HR management in all HR matters
• Participation in various projects (e.g. on-off-boarding process, BEM, BGM, further training, HR software,...)
• Creation of labor law documents  

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training in HR or a business degree in HR management or a comparable qualification such as HR specialist
• Experience in recruiting
• Very good knowledge of human nature, high social competence
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Basic technical understanding and interest
• Independent, structured way of working as well as strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work full-time/40 hours per week (07:00 - 15:45)
