On behalf of a well-known client from the Offenburg region, we are looking for exactly you as a Personnel Officer / Recruiter (m/f/d) for direct placement.

Your tasks:
- Advice and support for managers and specialists on all HR-related topics
- Conducting interviews independently without a specialist department
- Support during the recruitment process (permanent and temporary employment)
- Supporting HR management in all HR matters
- Participation in various projects (e.g. on-off-boarding process, BEM, BGM, further training, HR software,...)
- Creation of labor law documents
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training in HR or a business degree in HR management or a comparable qualification such as HR specialist
- Experience in recruiting
- Very good knowledge of human nature, high social competence
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Basic technical understanding and interest
- Independent, structured way of working as well as strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to work full-time/40 hours per week (07:00 - 15:45)
