Your tasks:

• Work preparationYou support upstream and downstream departments in the introduction of new precision components
• As a technical consultant, you are the contact person in the areas of materials and coating technologies
• They assist in the selection and design of cost-optimized semi-finished products
• You obtain quotations at home and abroad, evaluate them critically and negotiate prices and conditions with suppliers
• You will be actively involved in the future direction of our technical purchasing and the optimization of our purchasing processes  

Your profile:

• You have a technical vocational qualification, ideally supplemented by an additional technical and/or commercial qualification
• You already have 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of metalworking / machining
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• You have a good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills coupled with good negotiating skills
• You are used to working independently and in a structured manner
• A sound economic understanding is the basis for all your decisions
• You have high quality standards for yourself and your work results
