On behalf of a well-known client from the Jena/Weimar region, we are looking for exactly you as Operations Manager (m/f/d) for direct placement.

Your tasks:
- You will be at the head of the crew working at various decentralized operating sites and exchange information with customers on all topics and requests relating to the catering facility
- You ensure that everything runs smoothly internally
- You will find the right staff for your facility
- Administration of the business premises (merchandise management, business accounting...)
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chef
- Further training as a chef or business economist desirable, but not a must
- Ideally confident handling of common application programs (MS Office)
- Strong communicator, friendly/open-minded host personality
- Strong service mentality/cooperative management style
