Specialist for export, customs and dispatch processing (m/f/d)

On behalf of a well-known customer from the Oberndorf a.N. region, we are looking for exactly you as a Specialist for Export, Customs and Shipping Processing (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Efficient and legally compliant export processing
• Monitoring compliance with country and export regulations and contact with the customs office
• Shipping and customs clearance incl. preparation of all necessary shipping documents 
• Management of customs procedures and authorizations to use customs simplifications (AEO; ZA, EA, etc.) with the respective authorities
• Direct exchange with our forwarding agents 
• Development of internal organizational and work instructions
• Cross-functional cooperation in other departments for customs law topics
• Support and implementation of customs and foreign trade law classifications of goods
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system
• Support during audits by the state supervisory authorities
• Implementation of application procedures vis-à-vis authorities
• Monitoring of export and import licenses 

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with further training in export and order processing or similar additional qualification
• Very good knowledge of operational export processing
• Sound knowledge of customs and preferential law
• Very good knowledge of German and English 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 
• High degree of legal awareness and independence
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for export and customs-related topics
