On behalf of a well-known customer from the Alzenau region in Lower Franconia, we are looking for a Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d) on a temporary basis.

Your tasks:

  • Creation, organization and documentation of all shipping and customs documents
  • Transport assignment to forwarders according to order specifications incl. transport monitoring
  • Planning and coordination of collections and deliveries
  • Complaint processing
  • Order-related transport quotation requests
  • Independent operational processing of orders (land-air-sea)
  • Import of spare parts incl. processing
  • Assigning and confirming logistics invoices
  • Written and telephone communication with customers and partners at home and abroad

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d),
    Businessman (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics / forwarding
  • Confident handling of MS-Office and SAP required
  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
  • Reliability and strong communication skills
