Your tasks:
- Creation, organization and documentation of all shipping and customs documents
- Transport assignment to forwarders according to order specifications incl. transport monitoring
- Planning and coordination of collections and deliveries
- Complaint processing
- Order-related transport quotation requests
- Independent operational processing of orders (land-air-sea)
- Import of spare parts incl. processing
- Assigning and confirming logistics invoices
- Written and telephone communication with customers and partners at home and abroad
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d),
Businessman (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable - Several years of professional experience in logistics / forwarding
- Confident handling of MS-Office and SAP required
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
- Reliability and strong communication skills
