For a global company in the chemical industry, we are looking for several machine operators (m/f/d) at the Kleinostheim site in 2 shifts as soon as possible.

Your area of responsibility:
- Cutting, grinding and polishing of quartz glass on conventional cutting and polishing machines
- Loading and setting up the machines
- Monitoring the production steps
- Quality control
- SAP postings
- Transportation of sensitive materials
- Puttying the workpieces to be machined
- Drilling and engraving of quartz glass samples
- Data entry of batch numbers / order numbers on the PC
- Cleaning of quartz glass workpieces with an ultrasonic system
- Careful handling of polished quartz glass components
- Operating an ultrasound system
- Handling hazardous substances and cleaning agents
- Checking and packing the workpieces
- Process quality lots in SAP
- Track material batches
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in the industrial/technical field and/or several years of professional experience in the
industrial/technical field - Knowledge in the operation of conventional machines desirable
- Technical skills
- Manual skills in handling sensitive materials (quartz glass)
- Quality awareness
- Physical resilience
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
