Your tasks:
- They work within the framework of individual pedagogical priorities, which are developed in dialog between children, parents and pedagogical professionals
- They are responsible for supporting the children holistically and individually in their abilities and stages of development
- They convey important social values and rituals
- They ensure that the children can develop as individuals
Your profile:
- State recognition as an educator (m/f/d) or a completed degree in the field of social work, educational science or curative education
- First professional experience as an educator (m/f/d) an advantage
- High social competence, empathy and patience
- Enjoy working in a team and with children
