Your area of responsibility:
- Visitor reception and support: welcoming and greeting visitors, customers and suppliers.
- Telephone call handling and forwarding: handling telephone calls, forwarding calls to the appropriate persons or departments.
- Mail and e-mail management: Management of incoming and outgoing mail and distribution of incoming e-mails.
- Maintaining the reception area: Ensuring that the reception area looks tidy and presentable.
- Support with administrative tasks: Support with administrative tasks such as making appointments, room reservations and travel bookings.
- Meeting room management: Management of meeting rooms and support in the preparation of meetings.
- General office duties: Occasional assistance with general office tasks such as copying, scanning and faxing documents.
What you bring with you:
- Ready for the office: You have completed vocational training - preferably in the commercial sector.
- Communication: Communication in German is a matter of course for you. A good command of English is an advantage.
- Organizational talent: You work in a structured manner and enjoy taking on responsibility.
- Office skills: You have good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel and have experience in data maintenance. You work independently and carefully.
- Team player with style: You impress with your open and friendly manner and good manners.
