For a major international client in the chemical industry, we are looking for a tax clerk (m/f/d) for a temporary position with immediate effect. The position is part-time with 20 hours per week.

Your tasks:

• Close cooperation with the tax team in various areas of the national tax system
• Communication with the tax authorities
• Participation in internal projects in the area of national taxation and optimization of tax processes within the Group
• Assistance in the preparation of data from SAP for the preparation of tax returns and tax declarations
• Recording and processing tax-relevant data to ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external requirements

Your profile:

• Tax clerk (m/f/d), tax specialist (m/f/d) or comparable completed commercial training
• Ability to accurately research and evaluate tax law issues, taking into account current legislation and case law
• Sound understanding of national tax processes and documentation requirements
• Fluent German and written and spoken English
• Practical experience or specific interest in tax processes within a group is desirable
• High motivation, initiative, independent working style, ability to work in a team
• Experienced with common Office applications
