Your tasks:
- Administrative and operational activities in the personnel area
- Management of holistic recruitment processes for specialists and managers:
- Accompanying the selection process including conducting job interviews
- Creation and amendment of employment contracts
- Onboarding new employees
- Processing and implementation of all personnel measures:
- Conducting staff appraisals
- Creation of certificates
- Support in the event of termination of employment relationships
- Implementation of the offboarding process
- Planning and organization of personnel development measures
- Supervision and mentoring of junior staff
- Preparatory tasks with regard to payroll accounting
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration specializing in human resources or commercial training and further training as a human resources manager (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in operational HR work
- Experienced in using HR software; preferably SAP
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Independent, autonomous and structured way of working as well as commitment
- Diligence, discretion and loyalty
- Friendly and competent demeanor
