For our client, in the Rosenheim region, we are looking for a precision mechanic (m/f/d) in the finishing of highly complex components for the automotive/motorsport, aerospace and medical technology industries - with the option of team leadership - on a direct placement basis.

Your tasks:
- Conventional reworking of 3D printed parts using a lathe/milling machine,
band and circular saws, grinding and stationary drilling machines (e.g. for regrinding threads) - Surface finish of laminating tools made of aluminum, plastic, titanium (e.g. by
sandblasting) - Deburring of components, e.g. with the aid of ceramic deburring tools - according to drawing
- Fixture construction
- Gauge construction (e.g. for car bodies)
- Assembly of modules and devices according to CAD data and technical (isometric)
drawings - Laser marking of components according to drawings / customer specifications
- Preparation of milling images using video endoscopy for quality control
- Precise and complete documentation of the work steps of the finishing process in the goods accompanying card and the EDP system
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a precision mechanic or industrial mechanic
(m/f/d) - Many years of qualified professional experience in conventional post-processing
of 3D printed parts made of aluminum, titanium, stainless steel in very fine tolerance ranges - Confident handling of conventional lathes, milling machines, band and circular saws, grinding
and stationary drilling machines - Sound professional experience in surface finishing (sandblasting/deburring) of complex
and high-precision metal parts - Professional experience in the assembly of components and devices according to technical drawings
or CAD data - Great craftsmanship and sensitivity
