Your tasks:
- Creation and maintenance of master data and wage types in SAP/HCM
- Preparation and transfer of data to the tax consultant
- Keeping and maintaining personnel files
- Administrative processing of entries and exits
- Communication with tax consultants, authorities, offices, health insurance companies, IHK and vocational schools
- Taking on organizational tasks in the areas of occupational health and safety and health management
- Supporting the Managing Director Human Resources in the area of recruiting and applicant management
- Trainee recruiting, including participation in job fairs and other recruiting formats
Your profile:
- Commercial training with professional experience in personnel processing
- Knowledge of wage tax and social security law
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP/HCM
- Team-oriented with a good feel for people and situations
- Organizational talent, independent and solution-oriented working style
