Your tasks:

  • Creation and maintenance of master data and wage types in SAP/HCM
  • Preparation and transfer of data to the tax consultant
  • Keeping and maintaining personnel files
  • Administrative processing of entries and exits
  • Communication with tax consultants, authorities, offices, health insurance companies, IHK and vocational schools
  • Taking on organizational tasks in the areas of occupational health and safety and health management
  • Supporting the Managing Director Human Resources in the area of recruiting and applicant management
  • Trainee recruiting, including participation in job fairs and other recruiting formats

Your profile:

  • Commercial training with professional experience in personnel processing
  • Knowledge of wage tax and social security law
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP/HCM
  • Team-oriented with a good feel for people and situations
  • Organizational talent, independent and solution-oriented working style
