Our renowned client based in Naumburg is looking forward to welcoming YOU to the team as a new full-time Cutting Machine Operator Grinding Technology (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Removal of working papers from the register as specified by the team leader
• Checking the order for completeness of the documents (viewing the drawing), processing sequence and selection of the program
• Programming the production process on screen
• Continuous optimization and error correction
• Testing the manufacturability of new parts
• Setting up the NC/CNC processing machine: requesting workpieces/material, determining clamping options, setting up or converting the fixtures and checking the clamping functions
• Set and measure tools, insert tested tools if necessary, confirm, enter correction values and transfer tool data to NC/CNC machine, assign pallet and tools, run program in single set
• Clamping, zeroing if necessary, start-up and machining of the component: Ensuring dimensional accuracy, quality and completeness of the machining, taking into account the manufacturing tolerances
• Measuring the component using suitable measuring equipment
• Cleaning and, if necessary, deburring of the component and, if necessary, application of corrosion protection
• Organization of maintenance
• Simple machine repairs, troubleshooting

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or in a metal profession
• sound knowledge of Heidenhain controls
• Proof of further training with regard to the machine controls used would be desirable
• Knowledge of programming / setting up machines
• Basic knowledge of testing and measurement technology
• German language spoken and written (C1)
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Good knowledge of MS Office products
• own car to reach the place of work desirable
