Your tasks:

• Independent responsibility for all day-to-day business transactions relating to accounts receivable, accounts payable and G/L accounts for assigned companies/brands
• Monitoring of open item lists and dunning runs and creation of reminders
• Processing the monthly advance VAT return
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training or tax clerk
• Confident handling of modern accounting software, especially DATEV
• Accurate and structured work in combination with logical and analytical understanding
• Desirable:
  Experience in payroll accounting or preparation of monthly payroll statements for employees
