Your tasks:
- Posting and monitoring incoming payments
- Processing customer complaints
- Feststellung der Vertragsberechtigung der Debitoren
- Accounting treatment of complaints, credit notes and value dates
- Prompt monitoring of due dates
- Creation of reminders and account clarification
- Carrying out G/L account and accounts receivable postings
- Bearbeitung interner Workflow
- Preparation of monthly reports
Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (R3 / Modul FI)
- Experience in the processing of debit notes
- MS-Office package (very good knowledge of Excel)
- Good knowledge of English
- Reliability, accuracy and rhetorical skills
