Your tasks:
- Careful recording and processing of customer orders
- Entry and maintenance of customer master data in our merchandise management system
- Telephone customer support and contact person for questions regarding our product portfolio
- Supporting technical contacts and sales representatives in the implementation of sales targets in the sales territory
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable professional experience
- confident with MS Office
- Good to very good written and spoken English skills
- A persuasive and customer-oriented way of working
