Your tasks:
- Administrative personnel support: from drawing up employment contracts, document management to leaving the company
- Independent processing of payroll/payroll accounting
- Recording and monitoring downtimes
- Specialist contact for managers for employment law and pay-related issues
- Contact person for employees and managers in payroll-related, social security and labor law issues
- Correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
- Carrying out the certification system and the preparation of certificates
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training with further training in HR, studies with a focus on HR with relevant professional experience in HR/personnel
- Several years of experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration
- Ideally knowledge of collective agreements / TVÖD-K
- Commitment and service orientation in dealing with managers and customers
- High team and solution orientation with commitment and dedication
- Good MS Office skills and knowledge of the Sage payroll program are an advantage
