Your tasks:

  • Administrative personnel support: from drawing up employment contracts, document management to leaving the company 
  • Independent processing of payroll/payroll accounting
  • Recording and monitoring downtimes
  • Specialist contact for managers for employment law and pay-related issues
  • Contact person for employees and managers in payroll-related, social security and labor law issues
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
  • Carrying out the certification system and the preparation of certificates

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training with further training in HR, studies with a focus on HR with relevant professional experience in HR/personnel
  • Several years of experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration
  • Ideally knowledge of collective agreements / TVÖD-K
  • Commitment and service orientation in dealing with managers and customers
  • High team and solution orientation with commitment and dedication
  • Good MS Office skills and knowledge of the Sage payroll program are an advantage
