Your tasks:
- Operation, maintenance and expansion of operating technology and technical building equipment
- Planning of new installations, conversion measures and extensions to media supply systems (cooling water, compressed air, electricity, etc.)
- Maintenance and upkeep of roof, shed and façade
- Preparation of offers according to customer requirements, taking into account feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Coordination of external and internal service providers
- Quality assurance measures during the implementation of new installations, conversion and maintenance measures
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d) or similar
- Experience in the field of electrical engineering, gas, water, heating, air conditioning and/or ventilation technology, mechanical engineering
- Several years of experience in the comprehensive management of properties with complex building technology
- Cross-industry expertise
- Class B driver's license is mandatory
