Your area of responsibility:
- Planning and execution of welding work
- Monitoring the welding processes with regard to quality assurance
- Creation of technical documentation
- Conducting training courses for employees on the subject of welding
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes
- Collaboration with other departments to improve the production process
What you bring with you:
- Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in welding
- Certification as a welding engineer is desirable
- Sound knowledge of various welding processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
