Your tasks:
- Clarification and coordination of quality issues in production
- Error analysis in production (5Why,8D)
- Pareto evaluations
- Training and instruction of production employees on quality topics
- Implementation of product audits
- Product/production releases
- Creation and coordination of boundary samples
- Active cooperation with the foremen in production
- Ensuring compliance with the EGA quality standard in production
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in the production process/sub-processes
- Experience with different materials and manufacturing processes is an advantage
- Knowledge of the requirements in the automotive environment and in quality management
- High level of personal responsibility and commitment
- Committed, analytical and process-oriented way of working with organizational skills
- Strong communication and assertiveness
- Confident handling of MS Office and MS Pr
- Good written and spoken German
