Your tasks:
- Support in the planning and implementation of internal and external audits as well as in-house certifications (IFS, BRC, ISO, VLOG, QS feed, kosher, halal)
- Maintaining and further developing the QM system and HACCP system as well as developing and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the individual food safety standards
- o QM review, quality policy, quality objectives, QM evaluation
- o Creation, review and approval of QM documents, product specifications, etc.
- o Hygiene management, foreign body management, error management
- o Implementation of Food Defense & Food Fraud
- o Implementation of training courses/instructions
- o Complaint management & official complaints
- o Internal & external audits / tours (checking cleanliness, order, safety)
- o Pest control etc.
- Checking the labels and declarations in relation to the applicable legal regulations
- Responsibility for complaints management
- Interface with Purchasing regarding the qualification and monitoring of suppliers and co-packer management
- Organizational tasks = participation/ involvement in working groups (HACCP team, FF team, FD, fire protection, occupational health and safety) / meetings/ appointments/ projects
- Ensuring end product quality and food safety in cooperation with the Production & QA department, in-process analysis (chemical and microbiological) if necessary
Your profile:
- Completed studies (Diploma, Master, Bachelor) in the field of food chemistry, ecotrophology, food technology or similar or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience as a food technology specialist (m/f/d), laboratory technician (m/f/d) or similar.
- First professional experience in quality assurance, quality management and/or product development is an advantage
- Knowledge of legal regulations in LM law and certification standards, industry knowledge desirable
- Technical interest and understanding as well as sensory sensitivity
- MS Office skills and knowledge of merchandise management systems an advantage
- Good knowledge of English required, French advantageous
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
