Your tasks:
- Operating modern production systems and monitoring production processes
- Preparation, approval, implementation and monitoring of production planned for a shift or takeover and continuation of ongoing production
- Coordination with upstream and downstream areas of responsibility
- Initiation of measures in the event of deviations from normal operation
- Constant information on the current status of the specifications in the manual on food safety, feed safety and quality management and the HACCP concept contained therein
Your profile:
- Completed training as a dairy specialist (m/f/d), dairy technologist (m/f/d) or food technology specialist (m/f/d)
- Technical understanding and pronounced hygiene awareness
- Willingness to work shifts
- Knowledge of MS Office and ability to operate terminals integrated in systems
- Good knowledge of German
