Your tasks:
- Data administration, management and maintenance, in particular as part of the
time recording system - Collaboration in the preparation and follow-up of payroll accounting, as well as the
review of daily working hours - Regular review of components, wage supplements, etc. in the
payroll accounting process - Ensuring the correct transfer of time management data under
application of current working time regulations and guidelines, as well as their
assignment to DATEV wage types - Cross-departmental cooperation in the realization of projects,
also in coordination with service providers, authorities and partner institutes - Support in onboarding and offboarding employees
- Taking on ad hoc tasks and projects
- Flexible, organizational support of the team in day-to-day business
Your profile:
- Completed training in the HR sector
- Alternatively, commercial training with an additional HR qualification
- Relevant professional experience desirable
- Fluent in written and spoken German
- Business fluent in English
- Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, DATEV, MS Office and Zeus
- Ability to work in a team, discretion and loyalty
