Your tasks:

• Operating and monitoring the production facilities for manufacturing bricks
• Ensuring the smooth running of production processes
• Carrying out quality controls and documenting the results
• Maintenance, care and simple repairs to machines and systems
• Troubleshooting and optimization of production processes
• Monitoring the material supply and processing
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Assistance in carrying out inspections and regular maintenance work
• Support in the optimization of production processes

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification
• Experience in machine and plant management
• Craftsmanship and technical understanding
• Day shift 5 days work, 4 days off
• Reliability, ability to work in a team and independent work
• Flexibility and a quick grasp of disruptions
• Good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
