Your area of responsibility:
- Professional leadership of the team
- Control and monitoring of personnel deployment and work processes

- Implementation and monitoring of operating instructions and company regulations
- Creation of key figures and target monitoring
- Documentation of errors and faults
- Ensuring occupational safety and quality standards
- Takeover of operational activities
- Control of safety, cleanliness and order
What you bring with you:
- Initial experience in the technical management of employees and completed vocational training, ideally as a warehouse logistics specialist or similar
- Experience in warehouse management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German
- Good MS-Office user skills
- Enthusiasm and assertiveness
- Shift readiness /06:00 -14:00; 14:00 - 22:00; 22:00 - 06:00)
