We are looking for a dedicated call center agent (m/f/d) to join the team in Sarstedt in the area of inbound car insurance. In this position, you will be the link between the company and the customers and help to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your area of responsibility:
- You receive damage reports and document them carefully
- You enter and update customer and contract data in the system
- You advise customers on insurance products and their benefits
- You support the creation and dispatch of insurance quotes
- You process customer inquiries and clarify open questions
- You resolve complaints or forward them to the relevant department
- You explain the claims settlement process to customers
- You coordinate appointments with experts or workshops
What you bring with you:
- Experience in customer service or call center area is desirable
- Good communication skills in German, other language skills are an advantage
- Friendly demeanor and high service orientation
- Ability to work in a team and independently
