Your tasks:
- Supporting the management in day-to-day operations
- Coordination and organization of appointments, meetings and business trips
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings and preparation of minutes
- Communication and correspondence with internal and external partners in German and English
- Creation of presentations, reports and evaluations
- Management of confidential documents and records
- Support with administrative and project-related tasks
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with a focus on assistance or management
- Very good knowledge of English

- Professional experience in a comparable position desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Organizational skills, discretion and independent working style
