Your tasks:
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring working hours and absences
- Support in the preparation of payroll accounting
- Processing and administration of personnel-related documents
- Contact for employees with questions about time management and payroll accounting
- Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
- Creation of evaluations and reports for HR management
- Support with administrative HR processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on human resources
- First professional experience in HR, time management or payroll accounting
- Good knowledge of time management and accounting systems desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Careful and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team, discretion and strong communication skills
