Your tasks:
- Order check of existing customer orders and data maintenance in SAP BO
- telephone agreement of delivery dates with our customers
- Monitoring the timely and proper processing of delivery orders
- Coordination between sales and logistics
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Processing and clarification of incoming complaints
- Other administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in the commercial sector
- First professional experience in sales/logistics/disposition
- Distinct service and customer orientation
- Good understanding of numbers
- Proactive and structured work
- Interest in technical products
- Knowledge of SAP BO, MS-Office
- Good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirable
- Team player and reliable
- High level of communication skills
