For our client, a leading machine and plant manufacturer in the Rosenheim area, with remuneration according to ERA, we are looking for you as Production Coordinator (m/f/d) for a long-term assignment.

Your tasks:

• Participation in the exchange of information with neighboring departments within the scope of the awarding of contracts, e.g. purchasing for the creation of BANFEN as a basis for orders, design for topics relating to the parts list or the quality department in connection with error messages and notifications of defects
• Evaluation and monitoring of sales and order trends at the WV suppliers and derivation of corresponding recommendations for action
• Assessment and negotiation of direction orders from WV suppliers
• Pursuit and realization of claims
• Creation, updating and documentation of all information on readiness for awarding contracts to new suppliers
• Holistic support of modules, including preparation of modules for awarding, qualification of the WV supplier and ensuring the operational process

Your profile:

• Completed technical training with further training as a master craftsman, technician or technical business economist
• Several years of professional experience in production planning desirable
• Experience in production logistics desirable
• Experience in assembly is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SAP 
• Good knowledge of MS-Office 365
• Independent, team-oriented way of working with technical understanding
• Independent action according to deadlines
• Knowledge of English
• Low willingness to travel (10%)
